We want you to love what you ordered, but if you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how:

1. Return Period:
   Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Make sure the products are unused and in original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return:

• Log into your ZenShop account and navigate to ‘Order History.’
• Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return.
• Fill out the return form. You’ll receive an email with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

3. Refund or Exchange:
   Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or send your exchange if requested. Allow up to 7 business days for refund processing.

Important:

• Sale or clearance items may have different return rules.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items or incorrect orders.
