Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order here:
- Log in to your ZenShop account > Go to ‘Orders’
- Click ‘Track Order’ next to the relevant purchase
- Track your parcel on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number
Tips:
- International shipments may take longer due to customs processing.
- For delayed or missing parcels, contact our support team directly via chat or email and provide your order number
