• Log in to your ZenShop account > Go to ‘Orders’
• Click ‘Track Order’ next to the relevant purchase
• Track your parcel on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number

Tips:

• International shipments may take longer due to customs processing.
• For delayed or missing parcels, contact our support team directly via chat or email and provide your order number
